Ingredients to make arugula salad and smoked salmon:
1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the arugula and smoked salmon salad.
2. We peel the pear and chop it into sticks. Remember to remove the heart from the pear not to find seeds in the salad. This fruit gives a delicious sweet taste when contrasting with the salty taste of salmon.
3. To continue with this fresh salad we have the arugula in the central part of the salad bowl or plate and the smoked salmon we place it around, as indicated in the image. If the arugula seems too spicy, you can mix it with other types of lettuce or spinach.
4. We prepare the dressing mixing a spoonful of balsamic vinegar with two tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt. If you feel like you can put some grated fresh ginger.
5. Add the washed grapes and place the pear pieces on the smoked salmon. If you do not have pear you can also add apple to the fresh salad.
