Arugula and smoked salmon salad recipe

Ingredients to make arugula salad and smoked salmon:
80 grams of smoked salmon
200 grams of arugula
1 pear
12 grapes
1 tablespoon modena vinegar soup
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients to make arugula salad and smoked salmon:

1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the arugula and smoked salmon salad.





2. We peel the pear and chop it into sticks. Remember to remove the heart from the pear not to find seeds in the salad. This fruit gives a delicious sweet taste when contrasting with the salty taste of salmon.
