Ingredients to make vegetable and salmon paella:
1. We chop the onion and put it to brown in a pan with a little olive oil to start preparing the sauce of the vegetable and salmon paella.
2. Add the vegetable and sauté when the onion is tender. If you prefer, instead of using frozen warehouse you can chop the fresh vegetables you want to incorporate into the recipe.
3. Next, add the prawns, mix and let cook for a couple of minutes.
