1. We gather all the ingredients to make spring rolls with Quinoa.





2. Lets cook quinoa in abundant boiling water, following the manufacturers instructions.





3. We peel the carrot and cut it into fine rods. On the other hand, we wash the tomato and cut it into small pieces. We reserve the vegetables to continue with the preparation of spring rolls.





4. Next, we peel the cooked prawns and reserve them next to the vegetables. The prawns are a seafood that has many proteins.





5. We prepare a dressing with olive oil, grated ginger, salt, a little rice vinegar and chopped fresh mint.
