Spring rice recipe

Prealist all ingredients to prepare spring rice. You can buy the frozen vegetable mixture, or select them fresh to your liking, clean them and chop them finely.

2 cups of rice of your preference
1 cup of vegetables spring (corn, peas, beans, carrot)

Ingredients to make spring rice:

2. In a median pot, add a jet of sunflower oil. Put the two cups of rice with a finely chopped garlic clove to give more flavor and salt (the amount you want). Add 4 cups of water and let rice cook as normally. Once the rice is made, withdraw and reserve.





3. In a separate pot to boil water and, once the boiling point reaches, add spring vegetables. Let cook for a maximum of 5-10. Remove vegetables and cut cooking with cold water to prevent them from cooking.





4. In a large pot, add the rice already done and vegetables. Mix well so that all ingredients are integrated.





5. Serve the spring rice, you can accompany with any dish that you want as a grilled chicken breast, smoked salmon or an option suitable for vegetarians such as chickpea fault.
