Seafood paella recipe with squid

Ingredients to make seafood paella with squid:
Ingredients for 4 people ::
200 grams of clams
300 grams of mussels
4 medium gambas
4 Cigalas
250 grams of squid
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 piece of red pepper
1 medium onion
rice about 400 grams approx
salt
pepper
2 laurel leaves
1 liter of fish fish

2. In a separate casserole we sautrite the chopped peppers, tomatoes and onion that we have previously cut.





3. While in a clay or paellera casserole we will fry the crayfish, prawns and squid. Once this fried is reserved with your juice, we add the peppers, tomatoes and onion that we will have previously cut.





4. Once we already put it in a glass to crush, we crush it and add it to the crushed sauce and the squid, we remove.





5. To the broth we remove the mussels and clams and add the dye and add to the rice and let them cook for 10 minutes over high heat.





6. After this time we will put the prawns, the crayfish, the mussels and the clams and leave it 5 more minutes over medium heat.





7. We can already withdraw and let stand for a few minutes.
