Ingredients to make seafood paella and vegetables:
1. We previously cook in a large casserole water with a pill and a half of fish of fish. When we are hot we throw all the seafood to the casserole, half a glass of white wine and leave it about 30 minutes cooking. If you have bought fresh seafood I recommend that half of the Mussels shell be removed, since it occupies a lot of space.
Trick: The clams and mussels, if they are fresh and some is open or broken, before cooking you have to throw it.
2. We chop the vegetable and when there are about 5 minutes to be made the broth, we put it in the paellera, casserole, pan or what we are going to use to make the paella. When the vegetable is poached we throw half a glass of white wine, we take the seafood from the casserole and put it in the paellera a couple of minutes to release the flavor, we incorporate the rice and leave it a little until it takes the taste well of seafood. We add the chopped fish.
Trick: You can add more vegetables to taste.
3. We are incorporating the seafood broth that we had in the casserole previously cast to avoid putting dirt that the seafood can leave. We add half a glass of white wine and the dye to give it the typical yellow color of the paella.
4. Now is waiting for rice to be to taste and add salt. Finally, we let it rest for about 10 minutes and … at the table! I hope you liked seafood paella.
