Ingredients to make Salvadoran rice:
2. In a Honda saucepan put oil and cold all the chopped vegetables along with the rice. When the rice begins to brown, add the 5 cups of water and boil for about 10 minutes.
3. Then add corn and chicharros. Correct the seasoning and color to taste by adding salt and achiote.
4. Tape the rice and cook over low heat until it is soft.
5. Ready, serve the Salvadoran rice and accompany with meats, chicken or fish and a fresh salad.
