Ingredients to make rice timbale:

1. cook the rice al dente, tell it and pass it for cold water. Mix it with the rest of the base and reserve ingredients.

2. boil the asparagus, cut the tips and reserve the rest for the sauce.

3. Forage individual molds with film paper and locate part of the rice filling at the base. Place the asparagus around the mold with their tips down.

4. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes, mix them with cream cheese, salt and pepper. Fill part of the asparagus hollow, ends with rice and presses.

5. Salte the chopped onion in oil, add reserved and chopped asparagus and cook for a few minutes. Process with cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
