Ingredients to make rice with white beans and chard:

1. To be able to make this rice plate, the first thing we must do is put the beans soak the night before. The next day, we drain them and cook them in a casserole with clean and cold water, over low heat for an hour.

2. After cooking time, we incorporate chopped chard pencas, choricero pepper meat, chopped tomato and parsley twigs. Mix and let cook over a low heat for an hour.

3. When the white beans are well cooked, remove the casserole from the heat and reserve. We take another large casserole and fry the garlic. Then, we incorporate the rice and add, little by little, the Las Alubias broth along with all the ingredients of the cooked.

4. Add salt to taste, a pinch of saffron to give color to the stew and let cook for 20 minutes. The result must be a rice with white beans and caldoso chard. You can serve as a single dish and prepare a lemon dessert, or cook a grilled chicken breast to accompany it.
