Ingredients to make rice with Venezuelan chicken:
1. Wash the paprika, onion and tomato to cut them into small pieces.
2. The chicken must also wash it well and cut it into not so small pieces to season with what you like. We recommend using salt, pepper, garlic, English sauce and oregano powder.
3. Place a pot over medium heat with a splash of oil, saute the vegetables with a pinch of salt.
4. When the vegetables are soft, add the seasoned chicken and jump it for a couple of minutes, only until it takes a whitish color.
5. Add to this sauteed the cup of rice, peas and turmeric, mix everything well, add 1 1/2 cups of water. Leave it over low heat until it dries.
Trick: Use hot water so as not to interrupt the cooking process of the ingredients.
