This time I bought an entire rib and prepared everything to get the base for another day.

Ingredients to make rice with ribs for two days: |
1/2 kilo of pork ribs (or the whole kilo and so we have for 2 times) 300 gr of rice 1 onion 3 or 4 cloves of garlic 1 tomato 1 red pepper and/or green 2 sheets of laurel perejil salt turmeric (or saffron) vino white broth or water olive oil |
Ingredients to make rice with ribs for two days:
2. We put the oil to heat in a saucepan. We add garlic and laurel and turn around.
3. We add the onion and when it is poached we put the pepper, tomato and parsley on the saucepan. As I can see I did not have any mature tomato, so as every time I have a crushed can of can (or if trituro mature tomatoes that are on offer) I freeze it in these containers that are the equivalent of a beautiful tomato, because I threw freezer.
4. When the sauce is made, we add the ribs already cut, of course, and we brown them.
5. Once they lose the color of raw meat, we put the white wine. I do it by eye, but you can put half a glass.
6. After the wine is evaporated, we cover the pot and put it over low heat until they get tender, stirring occasionally and adding some water or broth if necessary. It will depend on the size of the pieces and the quality of the meat. This is the moment in which I separate the portions: one for the day, and another to freeze and have prepared for a day that we do not have time … and of Step save energy (and kitchen rug).
7. We put the rice and sauté it a little.
8. Add the broth (or water) that we need, turmeric and salt; And we let it cook until the rice is at its point.
9. We rectify salt if necessary, and we put ground white pepper if we like it. Let stand five minutes and serve.
