Rice recipe with Puerto Rican gandules

The gandul is a grain known as a very popular plate or barbary beans in Puerto Rico, where it is prepared with rice and meat to make a fabulous dish with a lot of tradition. Ingredients to make rice with Puerto Rican gandules:
1 tablespoon of achiote oil
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 onion
½ green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
57 grams of bacon or ham
2 tablespoons of coriander
1 tomato
2 cups of white rice
1 cup of cooked gandules
3½ cups of water (840 milliliters)
1 pinch of salt and black pepper
2 cups of chopped pork (cooked)

Ingredients to make rice with Puerto Rican gandules:
