Rice recipe with pig

Ingredients to make rice with pig:
4 pig chops (pork)
3 cups of rice
1 red onion
3 tablespoons of ground garlic
2 carrots
½ cup of alverjitas
½ pepper
4 cups of meat broth
2 tablespoons slopes of chili pepper panca panca
1 tablespoon yellow pepper

Ingredients to make rice with pig:

1. To start the rice recipe with pig, season with salt and pepper pork chops. Then, heat a good stream of oil in a thick bottom pot, fry on both sides every chop and reserve.





2. In the same pot and with the same oil, start preparing the dressing. Put the chopped red onion into squares and sauté for a couple of minutes, then add the ground garlic and cook for one more minute.

4. Pour the entire beef broth on the dressing along with the chopped carrots in squares and let cook over high heat until it boils. It apprehens to prepare your own res broth and make the rice recipe with pork 100 pyd.





5. Once you have boiled, add rice and alverjitas and mix gently until everything has been distributed evenly on the pot. Season with salt, pepper and cumin.
