Ingredients to make rice with onion and Puerto Rican bacon: |
3½ cups of water (840 milliliters) 2 meat broth cubes ½ butter bar 2 teaspoons of olive oil 1 clove of garlic 1 onion unit 2 tablespoons White flour 1 pinch of paprika 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper 1 package of chopped bacon 3 cups of rice |

Ingredients to make rice with onion and Puerto Rican bacon:
2. While in another saucepan half a bar of butter, two teaspoons of olive oil, a clove of garlic and a small onion (that of your liking) until brown.
3. After browning the onion you throw two teaspoons of white flour, paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Once mixed you pour the meat broth before boiled and, do you slowly.
4. In a cauldron you throw your chopped bacon pieces (at ease) and the tsts, when they are ready you remove them from the cauldron without removing the oil they produced.
5. In the oil you throw a tablespoon of stir-fry and one of olive oil, once mixed pour the onion soup that you created previously.
6. When this boiling add 3 cups of medium grain rice and put over medium heat until it dries.
7. When you dry the rice you move and place it over low heat until the grain is not hard but not completely open. Once the rice is ready you add the bacon and voila.
