Rice recipe with Hindu -style spices

It is very common to associate the gastronomy of India with the use of aromatic spices and, of course, they cannot be missing in this recipe that I share with recipes. It is a basmati rice prepared in a special way by adding the most used spices in India – Cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, laurel, anise and saffron, in addition to coriander and mint fresh that add a touch of freshness. There is a rice plate with very aromatic Hindu -style spices, perfect to accompany a curry dish or simply to serve as a garrison of a plate of vegetables or meat.
