Rice recipe with crispy

We pool in a saucepan the onion in the oil until just brown, add the rice, then 1 cup of broth and slowly cook adding more boiling broth necessary until the grain is ready.

Ingredients to make rice with crispy:
For 4 people ::
250 g of rice.
100 g of onion.
50 g of margarine.

2. We season well during cooking with salt, pepper and nutmeg. While the rice is cooked, we brown the almonds quickly in about 50 g of margarine.

3. Once the rice was ready, we mix part of the almonds and their margarine.

4. It is served spreading the rest on top and accompanied with grated cheese at ease.
