Ingredients to make cream chicken rice:
1. The first step to prepare this rice with cream chicken is to cook the rice. To do this, white rice cook it as they usually do and reserve it.
2. We cut the chicken breast in the middle (book type) and to each half, and cut them into strips and then we cut them into squares, they must be small pieces. In the saucepan we choose for the rice to the cream with chicken, we put to heat a little oil and brown the chicken.
3. When it is very golden, we add a tablespoon of flour (this makes the cream of rice with chicken thickens) and revolve to mix and for the flour to cook a little. We remove from the pot and reserve.
