1. The first thing we should do to prepare rice with chicken in soy sauce is to let the ingredients ready. To do this, we chop the vegetables of the desired size. Although we have used red pepper and white onion, if you prefer you can add more vegetables, such as half a green pepper, half eggplant, a piece of leek, zucchini, carrot …, to your liking! Apart, we cook the rice in boiling water following the instructions of the brand, being the most usual to add two cups of water for each of rice.
