Rice recipe with cheese gratin

2. We heat the oil in a casserole and sauté the onion over low heat for about five minutes.

3. Add the zucchini, the peppers and the entire mushrooms or chopped in thick.

5. Add the tomato and crushed garlic and let cook 30 more minutes.

6. We put salt.

7. Add the rice and let it sauté with the vegetables.

8. We cover with the vegetable broth or with water and let it cook over low heat for 18 minutes.

9. After this time we add the crumbled parma cheese or the grated mozzarela on top.

10. We introduce baked with gratin for 5 minutes.

11. We take out the casserole from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

12. We serve hot.
