1. We gather all the ingredients to make rice with broccoli and cod.
2. First, lets cook the broccoli in abundant boiling water with a little salt. We let it cook for 10 minutes, drain and reserve.
3. On the other hand, we put the cod in the oven at 180ºC with a little ground black pepper and olive oil. We have baked the cod with the papillote technique, wrapping it on silver paper and making a package so that it is cooked with its own juices. The cooking time is about 14 minutes.
