Rice and Chicken Juane Recipe

A very light background is prepared with chicken legs verifying that they are afraid to cook, they are reserved.

Ingredients to make rice and chicken juane:
For 6 people ::
6 pieces of chicken leg (it can be another type of prey)
6 unid. olituna
Pork butter A proportion 1 per 1/2 kg. Of rice
garlic
laurel leaves , Achira or banana.

2. With the bottom water and a spoon of butter the rice is cooked, the salt is verified and reserved.

3. A stir-fry with butter, onion, achiote, oregano is prepared apart and the bay leaves are added, in this the chicken dams are brown.

4. This sauce (the dams are removed) is mixed with the rice and the beaten eggs verifying the salt.

5. The leaves (Bijau, Achira or banana) are passed to a certain height of the fire so that they do not dry out.

6. Then on a table the leaves are distributed and in each of them a portion of rice, a chicken leg, an olive and a hard egg are put.

7. It is given the shape of a ball and wrapped with the leaf, mooring carefully.

8. Then the Juanes are put in a large pot and start cooking with a little water for approximate 40 minutes.

9. They are taken and a unit is served for each dish and happy San Juan.
