Ingredients to make tilapia albondigas in oatmeal:
2. Process the fish cut into pieces, add the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3. Once you are ready to add the finely chopped onion, the egg and the lemon juice, mix.
4. Form medium balls and cover with oats in flakes.
5. Have them on a tray and bake at 180 degrees C, for 20 minutes.
6. Serve and accompany with a slice of lemon.
