Ingredients to make raw vegetable tab:
1. To start making the Arab tabulé we must line a bowl with the puff pastry, cut the edges, prick the puff pastry with a fork and fill the inside of the bowl with chickpeas to prevent it from climbing when baking for 10 minutes at 180 ºC.
2. We take a glass of couscous, a little liquid butter or failing oil, a pinch of salt and pour two glasses of boiling water over the cuscous. We cover for 5 minutes and after that time we remove so that it is loose.
3. We deposit the couscous in a large salad bowl and we are going to add the following very fine cut ingredients: onion, leek, branches, chopped broccoli, mint or peppermint, cherrys tomatitos and red pepper. We remove the tabulé to integrate the ingredients and the Arab vegetable salad is already ready.
Trick: If you prefer, you can boil the broccoli previously.
4. As a container of presentation of the tabulé, we will use a pot, foding the interior with plastic or film paper, and we will place inside the baked puff pastry.
5. We will place the lettuce leaves foding the puff pastry, cutting the excess height so that they are all at the same level. Now is when we can add our Cuscous salad inside.
6. To decorate, we will place the following ingredients whole: Rabanitos, cherry, broccoli and carrot with stem. Our vegetable garden is ready to consume!
