Ingredients to make quinoa nuggets:

1. Before starting to prepare homemade quinoa nuggets, we let all the ingredients we will need ready.





2. We started the recipe washing the potatoes, pearing them and cutting them into small pieces. Done this, we put a pot to heat with enough water to cook the potatoes when it starts boiling. We cook them over high heat.





3. On the other hand, in a separate saucepan, we put water to boil with the piece of onion, the garlic clove, a pinch of salt and the quinoa. Let it cook over medium heat until we observe that the cereal is inflated. At this point, we drain it and let it cool.





4. Once the potatoes are cooked, we remove them from the heat, place them in a bowl and crush them until you get a potato puree.
