Ingredients to make quinoa hamburgers and red beans:
1. The first thing we will do will be to prepare the vegan egg. To do this we mix the 3 tablespoons of water with the spoonful of ground linen (it looks very good if you do it in a coffee grinder). We make sure there are no lumps and we put it in the fridge for about five minutes.
2. We wash red beans with water to remove the canned liquid and drain them well.
3. With the help of a food processor or a hand blender we crush. We do not want a homogeneous paste, we want some piece to be broken. Thus, the result should not be a cream so that we can obtain vegan burgers from Quinoa and Jewish with the ideal consistency.
4. When we have lists the beans, we put them in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, including the vegan egg. We are mixing (it is best to do it with your hands), until you get a homogeneous paste.
5. It is time to shape the vegan hamburgers of Alubias and Quinoa. With the amounts that I put, 4 big hamburgers come out (huge!), What I did, or 5 of a probably more appropriate size, heh, heh.
6. Once the hamburgers have formed, we let them rest for at least 10 minutes in the fridge. At this point they could also freeze, which is what I did with a couple. They stay great and then when eating them they are as rich as just made. To eat them, we put some olive oil in a pan and cook them 3-5 minutes on each side (if you make them as large as I recommend some more time).
7. In the last minute, we place a slice of cheese (vegan, if you want to keep the recipe 100 percent plant) and cover so that it is finished and the cheese is melt.
8. Meanwhile, we prepare the special vegetable hamburger sauce mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
Trick: You can do little spicy or very spicy, you like. It is a matter of choosing the option that most caught the attention of Sriracha Salsa.
9. It only remains to mount our Quinoa and Red Jewish hamburgers. To do this, I roasted some rustic hamburger bread with seeds (Ñam!), I placed some varied lettuce leaves, a slice of tomato of special sauce for vegan hamburger.
10. I accompanied the dish with magnificent spicy potatoes in the oven (of which you will also have the recipe soon), although you could also prepare sauteed potatoes with herbs. A luxury dish was left. I would say decadent, heh, heh. But hey, if it is healthy and decadent at the same time then it doesn matter! And above all, great!
