Ingredients to make rice with palm trees:
1. The first thing you should do is cook the rice. To do this, remember that for each cup of rice you must add two of water. It season the rice to your liking and when it is ready to reserve it for later. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2. Now is the time to prepare the filling for rice with palm heart. Finely chop the palm, heat over medium heat in a pan a little butter and sauté it along with fungi, coriander, sweet corn, sweet chili and chopped onion.

6. Bake the rice with palm heart until the cheese is golden, it can take about 10-15 minutes, depending on the power of your oven. When ready, retire it and serve it hot. You can serve it by way of incoming or main course and accompany it with a fresh salad.
