PAELLA DE LA HUERTA recipe

We make the rice vegetable rehash cutting the zucchini and diced pumpkin, square on squares and square peppers removing the seeds previously.

Ingredients to make paella of the garden:
200 grams of rice
100 grams of mushrooms
1 calabacín
1 onion
8 pods
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
100 grams of pumpkin
100 grams of small tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 liter of vegetable broth or of water
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt

Ingredients to make paella of the garden:

2. We heat the oil in a casserole and sauté the onion over low heat for about 5 minutes.

3. Add the zucchini, the pumpkin, the peppers, the pods chopped in strips and the chopped mushrooms in rooms and let it cook over heat until they begin to brown.

4. Add the rice and chopped tomatoes and let it sauté with the vegetables.

5. We cover with the vegetable broth or with water and let it cook over low heat for 18 minutes.

6. We take out the casserole from the fire and let it rest for 5 minutes uncovered.

7. We serve hot.
