Mushroom risotto recipe

Ingredients to make mushroom risotto:
350 grams of arborio rice
150 grams of mushrooms
100 milliliters of white wine
1 piece of onion
1½ liters of vegetable broth
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
50 grams of Parmesan cheese grated
1 pinch Black pepper

Ingredients to make mushroom risotto:

1. To start making the easy recipe of mushroom risotto, firstly peel the onion, clean the mushrooms to remove the whole earth and cut them in medium pieces, since when cooked they remain smaller.
