Ingredients to make mushroom risotto and oregano: |
400 grams of arborio rice. 2 boxes of mushrooms on packed. 2 tablespoons of butter. 1 cup of white wine. 700 ml of chicken broth. Pepper. |
Ingredients to make mushroom risotto and oregano:
2. Take a pot over medium heat add rice and butter, fry for a few minutes.
3. Add the chicken, salt, pepper and oregano broth
4. Take a pan over medium heat add some oil and white onion in feathers, fry.
5. Once the onion takes a transparent tone to add the mushrooms, salt and pepper. Suffere for about five minutes until the mushrooms brown and add the white wine, turn off the heat and reserve.
6. Once the rice is mixing the mushrooms with our risotto.
7. Serve the risotto accompanied by grated Parmesan cheese.
