Ingredients to make cauliflower rice: |
1 head of cauliflor 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pinch of salt ½ cup mozzarella cheese ½ cup of mushrooms in slices 1 chopped zucchini 1 pinch of dry parsley |

Ingredients to make cauliflower rice:
1. Crush in a food or blender processor the head of a separate cauliflower in medium flowers.
2. Then heat the tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil in a pan. Incorporate crushed cauliflower and cook over medium heat.
3. Then add the mushrooms and chopped zucchini. Remove the ingredients well and let cook for 8 minutes.
4. When the cooking time has passed, add a little salt and a pinch of fresh parsley. Remove and let it cook 2 minutes. Next, incorporate the mozzarella cheese and cook for the last time another 2 minutes.
Trick: You can add more spices such as oregano, thyme or ginger powder to get a more intense flavor.
5. You already have your Keto cauliflower rice! You can serve as the main dish or accompaniment for other preparations.
