Ingredients to make integral rice with vegetables:
1. First you have to pretend the pot that you will use to cook, add the olive oil and let a moment. Now add the onion, the pepper, the coriander, the oregano, the paprika and the salt, mix very well and begin to make a stir -fry. The spices used in this recipe are to taste, you can also add a little of Chile powder if you want.
2. Next add the integral rice and mix everything very well. I sauté it for 1 or 2 minutes.
3. It is the moment you add boiling water and mix very well. Cover the pot does not completely and rise over high heat, when the fire begins to boil and let it cook for 30 minutes.

They have in mind that the broccoli must be previously cut into small pieces and boiled by 1 minute in salt water. The ejotes cut in vichy and boiled for 3 minutes in salt water (in this case the time can vary you advise you to try them before removing them from the water and verify if they are cooked) and the carrots cut into cubes.
7. Now add the rice and mix everything very well.
8. Finally add beets, previously cut into cubes and boiled for 1 minute in salt water, and stir with the rest of the ingredients to finish preparing our integral rice with vegetables.
9. To serve the integral rice with vegetables in a beautiful way, add enough rice on a deep dish, when you already have it full, put a flat plate on top of the deep and turn it around. Let it stand for 1 minute and remove the deep dish and you will see that you will have the shape of the dish you chose. you want.
