Ingredients to make integral bars with seeds:
1. The first step to prepare these integral bars with seeds is to gather the ingredients.
2. Then, place in a chopper or food processor all seeds and oat flakes, and crush everything slightly.
3. Then put this preparation in a bowl and mix with wheat flour, flaxseed, yeast and a pinch of salt.
4. In a separate container, mix water, olive oil and honey. Then make a hole in the center of the preparation, add these mixed liquids and turn it to mix everything well.

6. Next, it transfers the dough to a Silpat or a sulphurized paper sheet, place another silpat or another bladed paper sheet on top and, with a roller, stretch the dough very well.
