200 gr arboreal rice 100 gr mushyons 1 white onion 4 slices of ham 1 chicken breast 1 tablespoon of tomato paste 30 gr wine wine cheese parmesano 500 gr chicken broth chicken broth |
Ingredients to make chicken risotto ham and mushrooms:
2. In a very hot pot with plenty of oil cooking the onion cut into pictures, the mushrooms cut into slices, the chicken cut into pictures and the ham in strips, this approximately for about 7 minutes.
3. After 7 minutes we add the red wine and let alcohol evaporate for about 3 more minutes.
4. After 3 minutes we add the rice and revolve everything very well, when the rice looks transparent at the tips we add the tomato paste and mix.
5. We add 2 tablespoons of chicken broth, it must be hot and we move until the entire broth is absorbed, and we perform this procedure until the rice is completely cooked, rectify taste with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve and taste with Parmesan cheese.
