Fried rice recipe (personal recipe)

Rice is prepared as usual but salt is not added, it is allowed to cool. It must be well loose.

Ingredients to make fried rice (personal recipe):
1 pound of rice
1 pound of ham chopped at strips
2 chicken breasts
1 pound of beef 1 pound of shrimp (optional)
1 pound of Chinese roots
1 pound of fresh green alverjas
1 pound of carrots fresh (not from jar)
salsa of soy
chives
4 eggs

Ingredients to make fried rice (personal recipe):

2. The chicken (with little salt) is seasoned and the same is fold, then the chicken is cut into squares and the meat in strips. Chinese roots are boiled, they sneak.

3. The chopped carrots in squares and the peas are drained after cooked. If you are going to use shrimp, you are also left apart.

4. When we have all the ingredients ready and the rice is well loose and cold, we heat a pan (that does not stick) with a little oil.

5. We begin to fry the rice and little by little we add the meats, ham, shrimp and chives at the same time.

6. We add the soy sauce to chorritos always fried and stirring all the ingredients.

7. Leaving for the last the peas, the carrot and the roots. With the eggs an omelette (without salt) is prepared and cut into bits that are added at the end.

8. Do not stop stirring at any time so that the rice is very fried.

9. You can add all kinds of meats or only one to your liking.
