Ingredients to make easy sushi:
2. Once you have the rice ready, place a nori algae sheet on a bamboo mat, or any other material, previously lined with film paper.
3. distributes the rice uniformly up to half of the sheet and leaving a frande about 2 cm. thick around.
4. extend a small amount of wasabi in the center of the rice. Place the cucumber and the fish cut into strips on top of the wasabi.
5. Then, start winding the sheet on the rice side, exerting pressure with the help of the mat. To be well stuck, add a pinch of cream cheese on the opposite tips of the sheet (in half without rice) and just roll. A firm roll must be left.
6. Cut the roll with a sharp knife and wet in water. The slices must have approximately 2-2.5 cm thick.
