Easy, fast and delicious homemade granola recipe

It had been pending for a long time to make my own homemade granola. I do not know why it has taken so long, because it is very simple, quite fast and the result is spectacular. Seriously, don imagine how well it looks. I will never buy natural granola again when I can do it myself. Some other cereal is added, then nuts and/or seeds, and finally some oil and sugar or honey and spices to taste. On this occasion I opted for something simple, so it was the first time. I accompanied the oats with almonds and hazelnuts, a little coconut oil, sweetener and spices, and there was a wonderful homemade oatmeal. I really didn expect it to go so well. A total success! Ingredients to make easy, fast and delicious homemade granola:
2 cups of oat flakes
½ cup of almond granillo (or as you prefer)
¼ cup of hazelnuts
1 pinch of salt
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon of ginger powder
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ Mug of brown sugar (45 grams)
½ tablespoon honey soup

Ingredients to make easy, fast and delicious homemade granola:

1. We mix all the ingredients of the homemade granola very well in a bowl. To do this, first, we will heat the coconut oil a bit to melt it and temper the honey so that it is more fluid and distributed better. We mix very well. Trick: I take the opportunity to say that instead of honey I put a syrup without sugar as equivalent, the hazelnuts had them whole and crushed them in the mortar, and instead of sugar I put an equivalent sweetener in the same amount, so I prepared the homemade granola healthier.





2. We form the bottom of a baking sheet with vegetable paper and distribute the mixture. There should not be a very thick layer to brown the homemade granola very well and equally.





3. We put the oatmeal and coconut farola at about 170 ºC and leave about 20-25 minutes. We remove the mixture every 5 or 6 minutes to prevent the most exposed parts or corners from being burn. The only danger of the homemade oatmeal granola is to burn. For the rest, it is very easy to do, so we must be very aware and remove the mixture from time to time to make it perfect.





4. When ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool completely. Then we can keep it in a tightly closed boat, it endures very well for several weeks.
