Ingredients to make cuscous risotto:
2. Take a pot with water over high heat, once the water is boiling add the asparagus to cook for approximately five minutes. Remove from heat and reserve.
3. In a separate pot add the cuscous and cook it with a little salt to be able to perform our risotto.
4. Add a tablespoon of sunflower or olive oil (the one you use to cook) and sauté the onion of green or long with the cut mushrooms and the cut asparagus. Add salt, pepper and garlic pasta to taste to increase the taste of our couscous risotto.
5. Add the previously cooked cuscus, the chicken broth and 1 teaspoon of butter so that our risotto is creamy. Let keep over low heat for 5-10 minutes and turn off the fire.
