Creole function recipe

This Creole Funche recipe is a kind of polenta that has become popular in Venezuela over the years and has become a traditional Christmas dish in many homes because it has a fairly pleasant flavor. Ingredients to make Creole function:
Fill ::
300 grams of pork
2 tablespoons of capers (optional)
150 grams of boneless olives (optional)
2 hard egg (optional)

Function ::
1 liter of milk
1 liter of water or chicken broth
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
4 egg
1 kilogram of cornmeal

Ingredients to make Creole function:

1. Wash and chop the onion, paprika, tomatoes, parsley and garlic cloves. Throw everything in the glass of the blender or processor with a water jet. Blend until a fairly liquid paste is left.





2. In a pan add the pasta and take it over medium-low heat. Chopped pork into medium cubes.





3. Add pork to the pan and add the cumin, paprika, pepper and salt. Stir well and let cook for 10 minutes or until the pig is ready.





4. Finally add the capers and olives if you used in the recipe. Stir and kitchen for 5 more minutes.





5. To make the corn function, add milk and water in the blender, add the eggs and brown sugar, mix very well and, little by little, add the cornmeal.





6. rest this mixture in the blender for 2 minutes, you must grab thick, if not thick add some more tablespoons of cornmeal and mix well.





7. Press the oven at 200 ºC. Gate the molds for the function with oil or butter.





8. Pour the first cape of Christmas function in the molds, it should be 1 or 2 centimeters thick.





9. Add the entire filling to the molds with the function. If you add hard eggs it is time to put them on the stew.





10. Cover the stew with the rest of the function. You can add Parmesan cheese on top.





11. Bake the Creole function of 30 to 45 minutes, or until golden borders. Let stand for 10 minutes when you take it out of the oven so you can handle and cut it.
