Ingredients to make creamy polenta:
1. In a median pot we heat the water, milk, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg until it is taken to boil.
2. Add the polenta little by little while stirring with a wooden palette so that no lumps are made. Once incorporated, lower it to the minimum and let it cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally so that it continues to acquire creaminess.
3. When stirring for the last time, add the cream and grated cheese until they are completely integrated into the mixture and remove from the heat.
