Chocolate Homemade Energy Bars Recipe

1 tablespoon of peanut cream

Ingredients to make homemade chocolate energy bars:

1. Heat a pan and tuesta the oatmeal flakes for 3-4 minutes stirring continuously so that they do not burn.





2. Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes, drain well and crush them in the blender along with the peanut cream until a homogeneous paste is left. You can make the recipe of homemade peanut cream yourself if you prefer.





3. Mix the dates paste with toasted oatmeal until it integrates well.





4. Cover a rectangular or square mold with baking paper and pour the dough of oats inside. Crush and sivide it with a spoon or with your fingers forming the base of homemade oats and chocolate bars. Leave the mold in the fridge.





5. Derritate chocolate in the microwave or in the water bath and watch it on the base of the bars. Let cool 10-15 minutes.





6. Mix peanuts, raisins and hemp seeds.





7. When the chocolate has cooled a little spread the mixture of the nuts above the mold of chocolate and oat energy bars, and cool again until the chocolate hardens completely.
