Chinese fried rice recipe

Ingredients to make Chinese fried rice:

1. To prepare our Chinese fried rice, we must have all the ingredients ready. To do this, start by cutting the onion into small slices and take it out. Also, clean the shrimp and pic them in two or three parts (if they are not very large you can leave them whole).



Trick: You can turn this excellent dish into a vegan by changing the prawns for any vegetables of your preference

2. In a pot put the oil and heat a little, then add the previously washed and drained rice. Fry the rice for a couple of minutes, always stirring, until the grains pass from crystallines to whites.



Trick: If you want a more intense flavor you can include soy or soy sauce during rice cooking

3. Add boiling water, vinegar, salt and chives and let down over 10 to 15 minutes. Then add the shrimp and let cook until the water is fully evaporated, the process should take another 15 minutes. Keep the pot halfway during cooking.

4. In a pan with half a teaspoon of oil we put two previously scrambled eggs, and cook over low heat until an omelette omelette omelette is obtained, a minute is enough.

5. To finish our Chinese fried rice we chop in small pieces the omelette and mix it with the already cooked rice. Serve hot and accompany it with any dish with oriental flavors such as chicken in bittersweet sauce.
