1. The first step to make this salad with chicken is to prepare couscous. I have used a type of couscous that already comes with dry vegetables and prepares with boiling water. 2. Marina the chicken fillet with a little oil, salt, pepper and dry oregano. You can use the condiments of your preference to season chicken. Then cut it into strips.
Trick: If it is a thick piece you can prick the chicken with a fork so that the flavors of the dressings penetrate the meat.
3. Cook the grilled chicken until it is well done. Remember not to add any oil to the pan since the chicken already has some marinated oil. Go around to check that it is well cooked and reserved.
4. Apart, cut the olives into slices. I recommend using green olives but if you prefer you can use black or stuffed. The feta cheese can already get it in squares but if not, cut the piece you have in small pieces. If you don have to be feta you can use any type of fresh cheese that is slightly salty.
