Ingredients to make sooth rice: |
1 centolla big 4 gambas 8 large clams oil 6 teeth of garlic 1 ñora 1 Natural Tomato Rallado 400 gr. from rice fish broth pepper saffron pure for the sauce romescu 1 ñora almendras avellanas garjo onion bread oil vinegar |
Ingredients to make sooth rice:
2. Once the seafood of color will change the rice that we will saute until it takes color, then add the tomato and after a few minutes we will put the fish broth.
3. We will let it boil about five minutes. During this time we will prepare the Romescu sauce putting the garlic, previously peeled, the ñora, without nuggets, the almonds, hazelnuts, the onion and the crumb of bread in the blender vessel. Little by little we will add the oil.
4. When the sauce becomes a paste we will add some vinegar and salt.
5. To the caldoso rice, we will add the Romescu sauce, we will spread it well and let it boil about 5 or 7 minutes.
6. After this time we will remove the pot from the fire and let it rest for a few minutes and ready to serve.
