Caldoso rice recipe with salmon

We clean and chop the salmon.

Ingredients to make broth with salmon:
300 grs of pump rice
400 grs of salmon without skin or spines
1 liter of fish broth
3 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
2 green peppers
4 cdas of oil
salt to taste

2. We chop the garlic, onion and the very fine green pepper and fry it with the oil over low heat.

3. Below we upload the intensity of the fire and sauté the rice.

4. We wet the rice little by little with the fish broth and stir with a wooden spatula.

5. When it has been cooking for 10 minutes, we add the salmon pieces and add salt to taste.

6. We will cook approximately over 18 – 20 minutes the rice in total.

7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

8. Rice should be creamy but not waste.

9. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
