300 grams of rice
4 pieces of chicken breast
250 grams of beans
2 mature tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 onion
2 liters of chicken broth

Ingredients to make caldoso rice with chicken and beans:

1. We prepare the ingredients for this warm winter rice. You can opt for other alternative vegetables you have for the fridge.





2. We wash and cut the red pepper and onion, to quite small pieces. We put these ingredients in a saucepan with a little extra virgin olive oil. We will have them for just under 10 minutes, over low heat.

It is advisable to add a liter and a half and then, if necessary, pour the rest; It will also depend on whether we like more or less calm. At this point we also add salt, black pepper and sweet paprika. In total, the rice will need about 18 or 20 minutes to be done, always stirring occasionally and controlling cooking and flavors.
