1/4 Sunflower oil cup 2 cups Chicken meat, mince 1 cup of mushrooms in slices 1 chopped green pepper 1 small onion chopped 2 cups of peas 4 cups long grain rice, cooked of curry powder 1/4 teaspoon of salt |

2. Fry chicken, mushrooms, peppers, onions and peas.

5. Add rice and condiments, fry for 3 minutes.
