Bombay rice recipe

In a Chinese pan (wok) or in a large pan, heat half of the oil.

Ingredients to make bombay rice:
1/4 Sunflower oil cup
2 cups Chicken meat, mince
1 cup of mushrooms in slices
1 chopped green pepper
1 small onion chopped
2 cups of peas
4 cups long grain rice, cooked of curry powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Ingredients to make bombay rice:

2. Fry chicken, mushrooms, peppers, onions and peas.

3. Remove and store hot.

4. Heat the rest of the oil.

5. Add rice and condiments, fry for 3 minutes.

6. Put into a source of serving. Put the chicken and vegetables on the rice.

7. Serve.

8. for 4 portions.
