2. When it boils, over medium heat, we add the rice and cook it for 10-12 minutes, so that almost all the water evaporates and is not pasty.
3. We drain the excess water if necessary, we throw the anise and remove it.
4. In a pan put oil over medium heat, and we put the garlic cut very fine.
5. Then the chopped onion (it was a word in French, the argument cuts it like many times …) and the carrot in small pieces.
6. When the carrot is changing color we add a pinch of salt, ginger and curry and move it well.
7. Then we incorporate the rice and move everything without stopping until it has a beautiful yellow color ^__ ^.
8. It looks good in a beautiful bowl, if it is better wood.

10. I put the approximate proportions (I almost always do it by eye …: -s).
11. It is a very healthy and excellent plate to accompany roasted vegetables, for example, or as even unique dish.
