Basmati rice recipe

Ingredients to make basmati rice:

1. The secret of a loose and soft basmati rice is in its preparation so the first thing you should do is put the rice soak with abundant water.

2. Meanwhile, boil water with condiments. Add the cinnamon, bay leaves and salt.





3. The basmatí and rinse rice drain very well to eliminate excess starch. When the water boils, take it to cooking in a traditional way, moving from time to time.
