Baked rice recipe with bechamel

Ingredients to make baked rice with bechamel:
250 g of white rice cooked
50 g of white cheese
50 g of rallado parmesan cheese
250 g of chicken breast cooked
50 g of butter
50 g of flour
½ liter of milk
salt
pep

2. We pour the milk and stir permanently until the mixture thickens. We put salt. In a mold that will go to the oven, we set up the dish as described below.

3. At the base of the mold, we put a layer of bechamel sauce, then a white rice mixture, chicken breast cooked in strips and a little grated Parmesan cheese.

4. We cover this layer with shredded white cheese and again Rallado Parmesan cheese and Bechamel sauce. We repeat the rice layer, the cheeses and the bechamel, once or twice depending on the amount we want to prepare or the size of the mold, and end with a layer of Parmesan cheese.

5. We cover the mold or cover with aluminum foil and introduce the oven for twenty-five minutes at 180 ºC.

6. We take the top of the mold once brown, let us temper and serve presenting the plate in layers. It can be accompanied with hot tomato sauce.
