Ingredients to make wheat pozole:
1. The Pozole of Wheat Recipe begins, to soak the wheat in a minimum of 2 hours. If you prefer, you can take this step the night before and let it soak all night.
2. To cook the chicken, place in a enough water, a piece of onion, a clove of garlic, salt to taste and a pinch of dry oregano. You can use the chicken pieces that you like the most, since they all serve to prepare the pozole. Let cook 25 to 30 minutes.
3. When the chicken is ready, remove it from the water and also remove the piece of onion and the garlic clutch, but do not discard the broth. In the same pot or in a different one, empty the wheat already soaked and cook it in the chicken broth for 30 minutes or until it begins to bloom or open a little.
4. As long as the wheat is finished, it softens with hot water the clean guajillo chiles without seeds or veins and the tree peppers (the latter we recommend adding them if you want to add a spicy touch in the wheat pozole). Then, take the peppers to the blender with 1 large garlic clove, 2 fatty pepper, a pinch of cumin, 2 smell nails and a splash of water and blend very well.
5. When the wheat has already flowered a little, pour the Chilean sauce that you liquefied in the previous step, mix, season with salt to taste and let cook for 10 minutes.
Trick: You can add other ingredients to pozole such as chopped or zucchini carrot, as well as mushrooms or mushrooms.
6. After 10 minutes, add the chicken in pieces or crumbled, mix once again, check the flavor to rectify if necessary, cover and let cook over medium-low heat for 10 more minutes.
